I have lived in this area my entire life, so I knew all along what others are just now discovering - that this area is both a place of great beauty and a great place to live. A real estate professional since 2005, I am the Owner-Broker of Edge Real Estate Services.
Growing up, I lived in Old Fort in McDowell County and have lived in Morganton for the past 30 years with my husband, Jack. I actually met my husband at Lake James in the summer of 1989, and have been together ever since. Being from the area I really know my way around Marion, Morganton, and Lake James. I obtained my GRI (Graduate of REALTORS Institute ) in 2006 , and also have my SPS (Strategic Pricing Specialist) Designation to better help advise my buyers and sellers.
Needless to say, this beautiful area is particularly special to me. I love taking short day trips to Asheville, Blowing Rock, Charlotte, and other close-by towns all within 45-75 minutes of Morganton Lake James. In my spare time, I enjoy boating and playing at the lake, golf, tennis and simply spending time with friends and family.
